Saturday, 17th January 2026:
Starter buffet with specialities from the border triangle of Switzerland, Italy and Austria & Chasa Montana gourmet dishes from the kitchen of Bernd Fabian.
Sunday, 18th January 2026:
Champagne aperitif, welcome & international gala dinner, followed by cheese tasting with cheese sommelier Thomas Monsberger, including selected rare sweet wines.
Monday, 19th January 2026:
Italian gourmet menu with chef Bernd Fabian
Tuesday, 20th January 2026:
Austrian gourmet menu from Bernd Fabian's 17-point cuisine
Wednesday, 21st January 2026:
Swiss gourmet menu from Bernd Fabian's 17-point cuisine
Thursday, 22nd January 2026:
Kitchen Party with Bernd Fabian & Winery Visit. From 6:00 PM, enjoy a relaxed wine tasting featuring selections from the winery of Erich Machherndl, located in the famous Wachau region of Austria. Erich and the sommeliers from Chasa Montana will impressively demonstrate the great aging potential of the Wachau terroir. From 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Bernd Fabian will welcome you into his kitchen. Savor the first course of the menu right in Bernd Fabian’s kitchen and watch the chefs at work as they prepare their culinary creations.
Friday, 23rd January 2026:
Gourmet menu followed by an Italian-Austrian-Swiss dessert buffet.
From 9:30 p.m.: Rare wine tasting in the wine cellar with host and certified sommelier Daniel Eisner. Matured special wines from Austria, Italy and Switzerland will be tasted. Price: CHF 50 per person. The tasting is included for all guests staying at least 4 nights in the hotel – registration at reception is required.
