The Chalet Silvretta Hotel & Spa, picturesquely situated in a high valley at 1850 meters, is a jewel surrounded by the countries of Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Samnaun was once a hotspot for smugglers who smuggled precious goods such as coffee, tobacco and alcohol across the borders. Today, the village attracts visitors with over 40 duty-free stores where they can save up to 30% when shopping.
As part of the majestic Silvretta Ski Arena, one of the largest and most snow-sure ski areas in the Alps, Samnaun forms an alliance with the Austrian resort of Ischgl. With over 239 kilometers of slopes, 45 modern lifts, a fun park and various events, it is a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts.
But Samnaun is more than just a winter sports resort. It is a center for outdoor activities of all kinds: hiking, mountain biking, ice skating, tennis and disc golf are just some of the possibilities. In addition, excursion destinations worth seeing such as Innsbruck, Merano and St. Moritz can be reached within a radius of 150 kilometers. A short trip to Lake Garda or Venice? With two days at leisure, this is an excellent insider tip!
Our working arrangements are based on a flexible 5-day week, which allows you to combine work and private life harmoniously. We attach great importance to our team members being actively involved in planning their working hours so that they can organize their free time as they wish.
It is not uncommon for our employees to enjoy their days off together, be it playing football, tennis, disc golf, swimming, hiking, cycling, skiing, tobogganing, ice skating or even celebrating together.
